We are the data controller for personal information collected through our website and in the course of providing our services. 2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, Twitter/X handle, and the content of your message.
• Engagement information: business name, billing contact details, brand guidelines, account access details required to deliver the services, and communications exchanged with us by email or in shared workspaces.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card, and billing name and address. We never receive or store your full card number.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Server and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through standard web server logs maintained by our hosting provider.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5.

2.3 Publicly available social data

To perform audits and growth strategy, we review publicly available information on Twitter/X profiles you ask us to analyze, such as public posts, follower counts, and engagement metrics.

• To issue invoices, process payments through Stripe, and maintain financial records required by law.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have expressly opted in.

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage required for the site to function and to remember basic preferences within a session. Our payment processor, Stripe, may set cookies on Stripe-hosted checkout and invoice pages to prevent fraud; those cookies are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. All traffic between your browser and our website is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS (HTTPS). Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Internally, we restrict access to personal data to personnel who need it to deliver our services, use strong authentication on the systems where data is stored, and review our security practices regularly. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Strict Non-Sharing of Personal Data

• Service providers acting on our behalf: our hosting provider, email provider, form-processing service, collaborative workspace tools (such as Notion), and payment processor (Stripe). These providers process data only under our instructions and are contractually bound to protect it.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form inquiries for up to twelve (12) months after our last communication with you, and client engagement records for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years to satisfy accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Server logs are retained for up to ninety (90) days. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
